Connected devices include Smart TVs, Apple TVs, Blue-Ray players, Chromecast, PlayStation, Xbox, and Set-Top boxes. On all these devices, you can stream movies and shows available on Amazon Prime. All you need is a stable internet connection for streaming.

  • Let’s get started. Select the language that you wish to have subtitles or captions on the connected devices before watching the show. On the title’s Overview screen, press Up, then press right to select the subtitles. If captions are available for the show, they would be denoted by the Closed Captions or Subtitles icon.
  • If the subtitles or captions are supported during the playback of a title, select the Closed Captions or Subtitles icon from the playback menu. Press the enter button on your remote control or a game controller to access this menu.
  • If your device supports, the size and color of the text used for subtitles can be adjusted using the Subtitles setting menu. Presets can be created and enabled rather than changing them every time.

When you are playing a title, tap your device’s screen to select the Closed Caption or Subtitles icon. Thereon, select the audio track you wish to listen to. The supported features depend on the device you are using.
