Uploading the input file:
Upload your audio or video file and WordCaptions will automatically detect the codec and file type and prepares it for synchronization. We accept a huge range of audio and video file types, allowing uploads of file size up to 5GB. Attaching your file’s transcript
Upload the transcript of the submitted file in any one of the following file formats:

We also provide you with an option to directly paste your transcript into ‘WordCaptions’ tool or we can even compose the transcript for you if needed.
Embed the caption files:
You can also try uploading an SCC or SRT caption file in place of a transcript. Such customers who have SCC or SRT files in hand and require re-timing can upload these files and WordCaptions will re-time the file preserving the styling, segmentation, and positioning of the captions. Flexibility to alter caption files:
WordCaptions offers the flexibility to customize your caption files. At first, simply choose the number of lines and characters per line in your caption files. Then, style your captions by setting various options such as the font type, font colour, background colour, and placement. You can also use more advanced options such as enforcing caption separation or offsetting the start time of your caption file.
