3-Step QC for Accuracy
Post translation, the transcript goes through a 3-step quality check. It is edited by a native language editor for any errors and corrections, following which an audit of the transcript is carried out to certify translation/transcription guidelines are maintained.
The transcript is split into chucks or caption frames, and time codes are included for captions to accurately synchronize with the audio of the film /video, and with subtitles placed at the bottom of the screen, a final QC is done to correct sync errors. The translation services are available in 13 different languages.

- All regulations set forth by ADA (Americans with Disability Act) and EIA (Electronics Industrial Alliance CEA-608 and CEA-708) related to captioning services are diligently observed by the company.
