3-Step QC Process for Transcripts
We observe a 3-step QC process of translated transcripts. The transcripts are proof-read and any inconsistencies found are corrected by an editor. In order to certify that translation/transcription guidelines are maintained, it goes through an audit, before the subtitle process begins.
After an audit, the transcript is split into chucks or caption frames, and time codes are included in the frames to synchronize accurately with the audio of the film/video, before being placed at the bottom of the screen.
The final QC ensures the consistency of subtitles with the audio of the film/video, before it is sent out to the customer. Captioning Star offers translations and subtitling services in 13 different languages.
